A very unique and clever feature of this model is the " hidden " 2nd bathroom. It looks like the right door of the pantry, but "voila!" - there is a half bath conveniently located so your guests don't have to trudge through your master suite to relieve themselves. And on that note, this almost pristine unit really doesn't have a true "black" tank because only lemonade tinkles were sprinkled and the other stuff was handled out in the bathhouse buildings.
The front of the unit stands out at night or when towing with brilliantly glowing orange LED lights going up all 13'4" ft and the suspension is one of the best on the market carefully guiding the dual (2) 6,000lb heavy duty axels. Tons of storage in the belly and you can put all your bikes on the 300lb hitch in the back. Tires are high quality Goodyear and provide safety and American reliability.
Purchased brand new in Cookeville, TN and the attached video is from that dealership. It has been pulled less than 1,000 miles and has been very gently treated and well maintained.
Awnings have never been used and windows are big and plentiful and work well.
