Dicor Roof Acrylic Coating

Extend the life of your RV's roof with Dicor roof acrylic coating. When applied on the roof of an RV, this coating forms an effective protective barrier on the rubber roof membrane, thanks to its unique combination of elasticity and flexibility. Without using any harmful petroleum distillates or damaging abrasives, it is capable of withstanding severe weather, UV light and other environmental hazards. This coating, which is comprised of acrylic emulsions, calcium carbonate, aluminum trihydroxide and titanium dioxide, also has flame retardation characteristics.

The Dicor roof acrylic coating is the second step in the brand's multi-step EPDM rubber roofing coating system, which provides commercial grade results. Before applying the acrylic coating, apply Dicor's rubber roof cleaner and activator to prepare the roof membrane for proper adhesion. This product removes residue, dirt and other contaminants from the roof, making it easier for the acrylic coating to cleave to the existing structure.

Each can of this Dicor product contains one gallon of tan-colored coating liquid, which can cover approximately 125 square feet of rubber roofing. Two uniform coats, applied via brush or nap roller, are needed to safeguard rubber RV roofs for the long term. Once the coating is applied, it will form a durable shield that protects rubber roofing from visual and structural damage.
