Go Power 30 AMP Automatic Transfer Switch

Item 73.4529 | MFR# TS-30

The Go Power! 30 amp transfer switch automatically connects with shore power and connects it to the RV's breaker box. It lets you hook up to shore power or an onboard energy source to power your RV. The transfer switch automatically switches power between two different 120 volt AC input sources.

This AC transfer switch detects available power supplies, including onboard inverters or generators, shore power, or power cords, and it automatically chooses the appropriate source. You can manually choose a power source as well. Use shore power when it is available and switch to a generator or inverter when the power is unplugged.

You can install the transfer on the line side of the main distribution panel near the electrical entry of the RV or between a sub panel and main distribution panel on the load side. The transfer switch prevents AC feedback by allowing only one connected input source to power circuits at a time.

A 20 to 45 second delay while switching sources helps maintain an uninterrupted power supply. The delay gives generators a chance to warm up and reduces the risk of stalled or stumbling generators.
