With this RV battery isolator lower charged batteries will not drain higher charged batteries. In addition, this product can simultaneously charge batteries from a single power source. Use on RVs, travel trailers or vehicles with winches or other auxiliary electrical accessories. Easy installation. No maintenance. Rugged solid-state design. Engineered to be safe and reliable.They solve all problems of battery isolation, battery charging, current control, battery equalization, proper voltage regulation and alternator protection in a multi-battery, equal voltage system. They are not heat sinked for continuous duty higher than model rating. They are to be used for 1 main battery (bank) and 1 auxiliary battery (bank) with alternators up to 70 amp or 120 amp output, respectively.Designed to operate at full-rated load temperature between -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121°C).
